Im sure there is a trick to stop you cutting all the way through the potato and I forgotten it!

How did you make them they look lush xx

New potatoes
Chives
Fry light
Sea salt

Cut slices close together all the way along potato, I have heard some people who place potato with two chopping boards either side to stop you from cutting all the way through, but I don't think u need to as long as your careful.
Now comes the fiddly bit, I tried chopping long pieces of chive and poke them in but found it easier to chop up really small & stuff the chives instead.
Spray baking tray with fry light & also spray potatoes , sprinkle with a little sea salt and pop in oven for 15-20 mins.
Keep checking as they cook very quickly.
If potatoes are large they made need turning over 5 mins before the end.
