hate eating.....i need help

    Hello Girls (& any guys)

    HELP........

    Sorry haven't been on-line for a week, computer is really playing up.....

    I REALLY HATE EATING AGAIN.......

    I started down the gym this week & have put on 3lbs, i'm not getting my head around this!!!! Got my meeting tomorrow and dreading it...I hate eating i'm so scared that i will put the weight back on if i do, infact i must be really honest i have just brought a weeks supply of the cambridge diet on e-bay (as i can't go back to abstinence with my leader), am i wrong to buy this????

    I really hated being fat and now i'm finally slim, slimmer than i have been in 20 years i really really don't want to go back to my old ways but around food i'm useless....

    PLEASE HELP ME.......ANY ADVISE WOULD BE ACCEPTED WITH OPENED ARMS...:( :( :( :(

    Don't give up !!!

    I am still on foundation but there are a few things that could be happening (in my humble opinion)... 1st, muscle weighs more than fat so if you are building up muscle at the gym that could be one reason. Another one is hormones - are you due totm ? Even if you are doing everything 100% your weight will fluctuate from week to week. I know it's easier said than done but go by how your clothes feel - the scales can be misleading and can really demotivate you. (((((( Hugs))))))) Victoria.x.

    i understand how you feel ...........just started maintenance .......on LL ....3 packs today then 4 yes 4... small apple pies !! feel awful scared of eating ...but feel i can eat ............i 'm so stupid ..........

    I understand that a slight gain is to be expected shen you go back onto food - someone told me to plan this into your target. I think the gym is making me lose more slowly because muscle weighs more than fat n all that. I would say just take it slow and keep a diary to discuss with your counsellor.
