i weigh on a saturday morning at 10 am.
I exercise 5 nights a week and dont use bonus points, I also keep my weeklies so on a saturday I have what I fancy and dont bother counting.
I doubt I go over as I have 38pp a day + 49 weeklies + 30 exercise bonus points. That gives me a total of 117 which I doubt anyone could eat in a day so I'm well covered,,,,
