have had a wonderfull weekend

Andy came down this weekend first time i seen him for 8 weeks, we have sorted all our troubles out, and have had a wicked weekend...

as for diet.. i have done very well..i had a soup for brunch yesterday and then a chicken kebab just the chicken and some salad thats it no pita bread.. drank 4.5 litres of water.. still in ketosis today.. (he had 15 inch pizza)

am very proud of myself and so glad we have sorted things out, he has gone back to leicester now and he down for xmas then we going back with him to try living together again..

he noticed the weight dropped of me which has made me so happy.. and my pressies he bought me was a little to big but managable.... he he..
