Have I blown it?

Today is day 4 of my SW journey and I just had a 3 course meal (obviously not unplanned but still). In total it was like nearly 2500 cals!!!

Have I waved goodbye to a loss this week?

Get straight back on it and carry on, if you don't lose this week then take it as a lesson learned for future weeks. ... Don't let one bad day throw you off for the rest of the week x
