Have I got this right?

    Hi Guys

    Might be a silly question but I'm doing the lifestyle plan and am assuming that if I have had a shake for breakfast, a soup for lunch and a bar in the afternoon (3 packs) then I need to cook a meal from scratch in the evening? I cant have another pack can I cos I've had my 3 for the day? Is this correct or can I have another pack with some veg etc as long as I don't go over my daily limit of calories.

    Thanks any help appreciated x

    3 packs a day plus a meal (and milk) is Lifestyle, however you can have 4 packs a days (veg is optional) and be on Simplicity. Have a read of the brochure included with the packs it explains it better. You can swap between days if that suits you better :)
