    Hi

I have just blown it i think. I have been desperate for a coffee with milk for a week now and tonight it got the better of me, i really cannot stand black coffee or tea and ended up having a coffee with semi skimmed milk. Does this mean i will now not be in ketosis does anybody know??

Don't panic about this. There have been people on here in the same situation, couldn't take black tea/coffee and had a little milk. I have done it myself an odd time too!! It should not impact on ketosis, just don't let it tempt you into having too many milky coffees!!!!

Have you tried adding some of the vanilla shake to your coffee? Some on here swear by it. I love strong coffee so I'm trying to stick to it being black. But I agree its not the same!!
