Don't worry about it! I'm sure it's less than the 40g of carbs that will take u out of ketosis (I think that amount is right?)Carry on as usual and don't beat urself up xx

Don't worry, you'll be fine. It can be really easy to pop something into your mouth absent-mindedly. When I first started I was on a constant vigil to stop myself licking my fingers when I was cooking my son's meals.

Just replied o your other thread but even a whole pack of wotsits should see you ok for ketosis as a general rule... dont worry, put it to bed and move on - the habit will soon be a distant memory! :)

Don't worry Michael, that'll be fine! It's just easier not to taste anything because as soon as you do it gives you the memory and then makes you want more. Get yourself back on track and feeling positive again :D
