Extra Easy Have i messed up??

    K so I had fruit for my breakfast which I know is ok. Then for lunch I had a small ham salad bun, small jkt potato with beans & a salad. Have I eaten too much, they were both only very small. Just worrying now. Thanks in advance xx

    What plan are you following?? Was the "bun" a wholemeal roll?? Sounds OK if you are following the Extra Easy Plan.

    If the WM bread roll was a small one (60g) then that would count as your Healthy Extra B (fibre) for the day. The salad and vegetables are Superfree (free on both Red and Green) - you need to aim for 1/3rd of the content of your meals being Superfree. Lean ham is free on Red (and therefore also on EE) and JP and baked beans are free on Green (and also, therefore on EE).

    Sounds like a great mix for an EE day :)

    All good, and apart from the roll all free food so portion size doesn't matter, eat 'til your full!!
