i added about 8-10 pieces of quorn to my CD soup.
i dont have any ketostix so does anyone know if i am now out of ketosis?
i hope not:copon:
 
I doubt it.. quorn mince is allowed on the green and white section of SS+... And is low carb. How many shakes/soups have you had today? 3 or 4? As the green and white part of SS+ is only if you have 3 packs.
 
It's soya based product that is used as 'fake' meat for vegetarians. :) Has protein in it.. I didn't eat it much in the past, but am using it on SS+ as a source of the protein advised by CD.

If you stick to 3 packs and the quorn.. nothing else now apart from water I expect you'll be ok. :) I'm not a dietician though! ;) the calories are low in quorn and the carbs too so fingers x'd :) go easier next time :) there are suggestions in the green and white section and I do add quorn and veggies to my soups regularly and am losing well :) but not that much though! ;)

you can have 200g of quorn on ss+....its actually a sort of mushroom thing they made into this meat substitute, it takes on any flavour you cook it with..... been eating it for 20 years...
