Hi everyone, I re-joined sw last year and didn't keep it up for very long. Anyway, i wish i had as i'm 1.5 stone heavier than I was then :sigh:. I have been half heartedly been playing around with ww for the past month and decided to give up and give sw another 'proper' try. I know the programme pretty well as i have joined and re-joined several times over the years so am going to try to do sw at home for a few weeks until I can start at a group again. I still have all my stuff from last year, has much changed? I am planning on doing EE as i find it so flexible. Thanks for listening
