    Thought you were doing really well on a diet, and then reallllyyy thought about it only to realise you havnt been doing very well at all?
    Well, no more! food diary starts tommorow
    Hope everyone is doing well :)

    yes, like this week and my weight loss said i hadnt been doing well at all. I know my calorie and fat intake has been low, just going to be a slow slow journey. Where would I do a food diary because I think it might help to put one on here and let others look at it. keeping one on paper so I can show my Dr because I he must think I eat like a gannet.

    Well - slow, slow is GOOD.
    Means that it will most probably stay off better than if you lose it quickly as it's a well documented fact that it will go back quickly.
    Catcrazy - I've done that - at the request of my Dr only to find he merely glanced at it, put it to one side and then thrust a diet sheet into my hand!
    I have found it very helpful writing a diary on here, you will be surprised at the amount of people who pop up and add their comments, advice and encouragement. All the best to both of you for your knew start.
