Having a crisis.

I weigh in on Wed, I don't feel lighter at all, I haven't been keeping a food diary and usually I'm quite good at sticking to my syns, but this week I don't think I've been good enough. I put on 0.5lb last week, defo feel I've put on again this week.

At the moment I want to go into the back and eat biscuits and crisps and then just have no syns whatsoever tomorrow.

Help! :(

Don't do it Susan...you know how badly you want that stone award so eating all that rubbish will just bring you backwards. Instead just try to have more superfree foods and especially the SS ones and you should be fine for WI day :)
If you do fancy having something and are having a green day try some SW chips and enjoy them!

Hi susan. I too weigh in on wednesday and dont feel iv lost anything what so ever, and to top it off its * week and im really struggeling.

Can we make a promise? im home alone tonight and i am desperatly trying to keep away from the biscuit barrel etc.

if i dont, will you stay away from them too and see how we get on wednesday. Iv learnt not to guess. Somtimes i have a very nice suprise on the weeks i feel like this.. so it'd be a shame to ruin what could be a loss! xx

hun if u do that what would u achieve u would gain even more than u think u have(u may not have gained) and u would be really fed up and be tempted to give up then where would u be back to being unhappy u decide to do this for a reason hun remember what they r
its ok hun there no race this is the way u r gonna eat for the rest of your life so what u rushing for the slower u lose it the longer it stays off. so u have a gain this week so what u get back on it and try again next week cause if u wasn't doing the plan imagine how much u could gain everything u have lost and more hun.
relax abit hun stop pressuring yourself to meet each goal.

go have a nice bowl of fruit and yogurt and sprinkle a buscuit on top and remeber how good being healthy feels
u can do this hun u r doing so well this is just a temp blip but its ok u can beat this cause u deserve this.

hi, I have my first weigh-in on Thursday morning and I couldn't resist jumping on the scales. I don't think I've lost anything either. I have found this first week hard though, especially the weekend when dear daughter made home-made muffins, my will power went straight in the bin!
I kept under 15 Syns on the first two days but since then I have been slipping up and eating around 20. I'm hoping that I can hold back on the Syns over the next two days and make something good happen on those scales! How embarrassed will I be if I have a gain on my first weigh-in?!
Susan, I have my fingers crossed for you, I hope you managed to keep away from the comfort food last night.

A couple of weeks ago, I was stomping around in a foul mood as I was convinced I'd not lost much if any on WI day. I follow the plan pretty much to the letter and stick to around 10 syns, but just didn't feel it...

I lost 2.5lbs. Which was brilliant. So, moral of my story? You just don't KNOW until you're weighed, so don't think about it, don't stuff your face and DON'T WORRY!!!!:D
