Having a week off.

Its my hubs' birthday on wednesday and we're going away for weekend this weekend too so I'm having a week off from atkins, don't worry I'm not going to go carb crazy and eat pasta for breakfast but need to not spoil a family holiday by being a hitler about where / what I eat.

Hope you all have good losses this week, I'll still be 'around' until friday but shan't be weighing in with you all this week
