I have done CD 3 times before and have tried every diet under the sun since I was a teenager. I am just like you in my all or nothing attitude. I am now the heaviest I have ever been so back on CD. I am angry for letting myself gain so much weight over the last two years. If you find a way to controll the eating long term, let me know. My longest is a year of keeping the weight and then I always gain everything.
