OK, so working off a BMR of 2039kcal since starting the 1200kcal diet I have saved 2807kcal, so considering 1lb of fat = 3500kcal I am not far off 1lb worth of savings :D.

Keeping a daily food diary is great as it shows me where my weaknesses are. If I can just stay under the 2039kcal on a 'I need to have a pig out' day then in the long term the weight can only go one way!

Cool I'm glad your writing down everything in a format like mine,gives me so ideas for later on after i get off this horrible 500 calories a day over 5 day diet.
 
11th Feb:

Breakfast:

4 pieces of hovis - 212kcal
Gammon - 164kcal
1 scrambled egg - ??

Lunch:

Cadburys Light Trifle - 130kcal

Tea:
Tagliatelli - ?
Low fat cheese spread
Gammon
Garlic - negkcal

Snacks: None

Drinks:

4 cups of tea w/ semi skimmed (80kcal)

Total: Will add up

3x 1/4 round sndwiches and mini quiche - buffet

Homemade chicken tikka pieces
Salad (rocket / red onion / tomato)

4 cups of tea w/ semi skimmed (80kcal)

Evening disaster!

1/2 bottle red wine
3 pieces of hovis with mozerella nd the last bit of the gammon
1 kellogs rice crispie square
1 large bite from a Cadbury's double decker :break_diet:

What a mess :cry:. I went to the races yesterday and got drunk. Today I have been so ill.

So no update on calories consumed etc. I am going to start again tomorrow!

So I still weighed in tonight and now weigh 14'1 so that is 2lbs off regardless of my disastrous weekend LOL :D x
 
I am quite annoyed with myself as today after falling off the wagon weigh 14'6. Not as bad as when I started but def. confirms I have issues with food *sighs*

Here we go again!
 
Today I have officially started again and am going to a Slimming World class tonight. I am not sure what I weigh so will wait for the shock and report then!

It has been a long time since I logged in and I have let things get out of hand again :sigh:.

  • 3 pieces of bacon - 192Kcal
  • 1 ww ginger and lemon biscuit - 50 Kcal
  • 2 cups of tea w/ semi skimmed milk - 40 Kcal
Tea

  • Rump Steak 250g - 313
  • Large mixed salad - 100
  • 1 Petit Filous - 52Kcal
  • 1 cup of tea w/ semi skimmed milk - 20Kcal
Total - 1283 Kcal

Not too bad in total. I have gone for avoiding the idea of being on a diet today. Just trying to eat a bit better :D.

I will resist the wine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
