    Hay guys

Thought it might be a good idea for me to start a food diary here so i can note down my daily intake.

I have been on the SF diet for 20 days now, wooot!!! I have lost 11.5lbs so far and have been
pretty good on the diet, though yesterday i had a real pig out and am blaming it on my TOTM. To be honest what i had yesterday kind of scared me because its so easy to over eat and i dont want to fall off the wagon like that again.
Just so you can all see what i consumed i will note it here:

    10am SF shake
12pm - was cooking the sausages for kids dinner when they smelt so yummy i had to have one in a slice of bead :(
    2pm - SF shake
    3pm - jelly
    5pm - Pasta dinner of about 400cals
7pm - was starving so had 3 sausages and 2 slices of bread :(

Oh and a skiny cow hot chocolate with 4 biscuits.

After a long hot bath and a sulk at what i had done i decided that ok iv let myself down but i have been very good so far and i pledged to do some wii fit the following day, which i have done :)

So now im going to stay on track with a daily food update and also some random posts when im feeling hungry.

I hope to really stick to this diet because i have alot of weight to lose but i am taking it 2 stone at a time. My weigh-ins will be every Monday, next weigh in on 26th Jan.

Hehehe, to me it doent seem like alot because i have so much to lose.

    Food diary for 20/01

    8.30am - sf meal bar 208cals
    11.30am - Activia yoghurt 117cals
    2.00pm - sf shake 217cals
    4.00pm - Snack a jacks 116cals
6.30pm - WW dinner under 300kals + loads of veg, i added on another 100 cals for veg as i had it with gravey (know i shouldnt have it but was yum) So dinner was about 400cals.
    8pm - Jelly 10cals + WW yoghurt 47cals

    Total Cals = 1,115

I also had about 3ltrs of water, meaning many visits to the damn loo, going to have to redecorate it, i spend most my time there at mo. It will make the visits more enjoyable lol

I did a 30 min wii fit jog last night with 2 of my 3 children which was fun, they seemed to give up before i did lol

I plan to have a really good week so i can set myself up well for my february loss. I cant believe how fast this month has gone already.

Did my wi on monday as usual and iv sts this week which is very demotivating after thinking you had a very good week.:( (feeling poo, but am going to try harder)

Only things i did different was no wii fit and less water.

Lets hope my next wi will be better, Im considering going for lighterlife or cambridge diet.

Has anyone here done either of those diets before ? I do have a few questions about them like cost and taste, i will post in their forums when i get a mo.

hi sass, fantastic weight losses, well done. i think you should stick with it(i am, even though like you sts and feeling what all that effort and only eating 1 meal and i didn't lose even a measley 1lb!) but you may find next week another good loss.

in the past i've tried (and failed) many diets lol including cambridge and must say i found it really really expensive and you don't get to eat at all!!!!

so i say stick with it for another month for your body cycle to go round and then see where you're at. xx:D

    Hi sparkelwings

Thankyou for your advice, means alot to have people say its ok to have a week with a sts result. I have really enjoyed the Slim Fast Diet and it is amazing that i have stuck with it so far. I just want to see it go faster :(

Also i couldnt understand why my weight loss results where not corresponding to my actual weight, seems i had missed a few pounds somewhere anyway my actual loss it 11lbs and not the 13 that i thought :( lets hope this week i can make it to the 1 stone down mark. I so hope i can, im going to be very motivated and do all i can do to make it happen for me on my next wi day so fingers n toes crossed :)

Good luck sass, like sw mentioned the other diets are really expensive compared to SF and as your still having a meal you might not feel as though your dieting as such!
I think sometimes our bodies need to adjust so a sts is good if it's helping your body get used to the weight loss, if that makes sense... :O)
