Flab 2 Fab
So I'm starting my own food diary in a bid to keep things going long term, plus a lot of people at class have been asking what I'm eating so here goes ..........
 
30 April 12 - Red day

BREAKFAST
Fibreplus bar (HEB)
2 x plums

LUNCH
Large salad (lettuce, beetroot, carrot, tomato, cucumber)
Prawns
1 tblsp light mayo (2 syns)
Mullerlight Greek yoghurt cherry (0.5 syns)

DINNER
SW chilli
Large salad as above

SNACKS
Snack a jacks BBQ (5.5 syns)
Grapes
Small glass of skimmed milk to get some HEA in

TOTAL SYNS = 8
 
If anyone is looking and wants to know, at this point I have been on the plan for 15 weeks and I have lost 42.5 lb.

I tend to do mostly red days during the week as I like to keep my carbs down. But I probably do EE on a weekend to give myself flexibility. I occasionally do do green days as I love pasta and potatoes, unfortunately, they don't love me lol. If I am going to do a green day it's usually on a Friday the day after weigh in.
 
I have had a realisation today that I am only 6.5lb off the half way mark (I'm going to lose 7 st in total)

It feels real now that I am actually going to do this. When you first start out it feels like a dream, one that you may never reach. But I'm feeling really motivated and I have come so far that there is no way I'm going to give up now.

I'm going to do this woo hoo!!!
 
1 May 12 - Red day

BRUNCH
Large salad
Prawns
Cottage Cheese
WM Pitta (HEB)
0.5 activia snack pot banoffee (didn't like it lol 0.5 syns)

DINNER
Chicken Casserole (contains chicken, carrot, swede, onions, stock, garlic, potato (HEB))

SNACKS
1 jumbo snack a jack cheese (2 syns)
Grapes
2 plums
3 x laughing cow light triangles (HEA)

Total Syns = 2.5

Might report back later will need to eat a couple of more syns this evening.
 
02 May 12 - Red day

BREAKFAST
Fibre plus bar (HEB)
Pineapple, banana

LUNCH
Salad of lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, celary, cucumber, carrot
Prawns
2 x laughing vow light (HEA)
1 tbsp light mayo (2 syns)

DINNER
Spicy tomato soup contains carrot, swede, onions, passata, potato (HEB)
Muller Greek yoghurt (0.5 syns)

SNACKS
Snack a jacks salt and vinegar (5 syns)
WW layered fromage frais (1 syn)
 
03 May 12 - Red day

BREAKFAST
Muller Greek yoghurt
Banana
2 x plums

LUNCH
Peri peri chicken (1 syn from 2 x tbsp nandos marinade)
Large salad (usual stuff)
1 tbsp light mayo (2 syns)

DINNER
Spicy tomato soup (as yesterday) (HEB)
WM pitta (HEB)
WW fromage frais (1 syn)

SNACKS
Snack a jacks BBQ (5 syns)
Pineapple.

4 tbsp chicken in black bean sauce
2 tbsp chicken curry

1 chicken ball
8 prawn crackers
I have kinda lost track of my syns here but I am not too worried as I have not had a lot of syns this week. This meal has been planned for many weeks and has been a really nice treat.
 
Thanks ladies, steal as many ideas as you want, but I really need to start introducing some new foods, my diaries look all very boring at the minute lol.

2 eggs soft boiled
2 plums

LUNCH
1 McCain jacket (1 syn)
35g reduced fat cheddar HEA (wow cheese)
1 tbsp salad cream 70% (1 syn)
Whoops, no super free, very naughty

TEA
Chilli made with EL mince, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, mixed peppers, baked beans, chilli peppers.
Boiled rice
WW layered fromage frais (1 syn)
