If I could remember who suggested adding peppermint essence to my choc shakes I would give em a howwwge kiss (unless they were a bloke in which case I'd give them a firm handshake).

Bought peppermint essence & almond essence & it's amazing what a difference a few drops can make to your shakes :D

I am mullering the gym so while the lbs may not be massive the definition certainly is :D I have added an evening meal of fish / chicken on spinach the past week when I feel the need (ie giddy).
