Yummy mummy to be!
Was going to make my soup a little creamier, never tried yoghurt or fromage frais in soups, do they work? What about pasta white sauces? I usually make mine with cream cheese and fromais frias, i can't see yoghurt working quite the same, your thoughts?

I generally only use yoghurt in curries.
use quark its lovely in pasta so im sure it would be lovely in soup i had some tonight in the chicken kiev recipie :) xxx
