I know that it's important to have our HeA to ensure that we get enough calcium etc, but I am having huge problems with it.

I've never liked milk or cream and even take my tea and coffee without it.

I'll use some Laughing Cow as a topping for when I have Ryvita as a HeB, but that is not often. Cheese isn't really my 'thing' :rolleyes:

So, I was hoping to get some idea of how other people get their calcium. Do you have any other ways of using your HeA? Or should I just carry on as normal and just use mine now and then?

Hi. Not sure of other ways of using HeA as I love milk and cheese but you can get calcium from lots of food like leafy veg, fish and fruit. Hope that helps x
