hiya mini,
Im in week 5 now, have just realised I think its totm for me. Have taken a couple of h tablets and feeling better now. Thanks for your advice xxx

Hope you are soon feeling better Louise, you can any headache tablet you'd take normally ... and keep glugging the water!

I sometimes think it's better to take a painkiller before the headache really takes hold of you as it stops it getting too bad. With me, if the headache is banging, then a normal painkiller just doesn't touch it. Thank the Lord for Co-codemol! lol
