headaches?

Hi, was just wondering if anyone else had headaches after starting SW. I'm on my third day and ive been getting headaches in the afternoon, today has been the worst where ive had to take something?

I haven't personally suffered from them, but have seen other members on here complaining of headaches. Do you use a lot of sweetener? In diet drinks, tea/coffee, recipes etc? I think that is known to be a bit of a monkey when it comes to causing headaches.

Always! I've just restarted after a couple of weeks in holiday and I've had a bad head each day. Day 4 and I'm okay.
Drink lots of water, they will go.
