Heading into the weekend again

Good luck for the weekend everyone who has just started/is about to start.

I'm almost finished my third week. Can't believe it!
 
Weekends are the hardest. This is my second and it should be a bit easier as I have the spagetti bolognaise now, which is really filling. Have you tried it?

No, I haven't tried it. I'm actually not sure if it is available in Australia. Good that it is something that helps you get through the diet.

From what people have been writing about it though, I'm not going to have it until my weight is lost and I'm going through maintenance. I'm struggling with not being tempted to push the boundaries of what I can eat being on Step 2 (until my BMI gets to 40). I'm going to go to four shakes a day instead of the small protein meal. For me, I need to cut food out completely so I can re-establish a healthy relationship with it. I'll worry about how to introduce food and practice setting boundaries once I've achieved a significant weight loss.

I've got a couple of projects to keep me busy this weekend.
