HI All,

I have a question and i don't have my books here - i was wondering i had 2 weetabix for breakfast - would an alpen light summer fruit bar count as the rest of that HEb?
I seem to recall 1 HEb is 2 Weetabix plus a ryvita or something....
Hopefully someone will know as i just ate it and now need to know if i need to syn it or if it will count as my HEb!

2 weetabix is 1 HEb so u could use the alpen liight u had as half of your 2nd HEb or just syn it, i think they are 3 syns.
You can have 1weetabix & 3 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread as a HEb or i weetabix & 4 scan brans. hth. xx

ahh ok thanks for replying - i feel lost without my books today!
I will syn the alpen bar 3syns is not bad, and i'll double check it when i get home to my books!
