Hi,
I'm back in sw but doing from home a I work so many nights.
I am struggling as my nights and days are all over the show but sure when I did it before you could get like a sugar puff type cereal without the sugar as a healthy B?
Has anyone got a up to date list of cereals o could have I don't like weetabix or porridge type.

Thanks you x

You'd be better off having a slice of wholemeal toast with sliced banana and a tsp of honey if you don't like many cereals. Will give you good prolonged energy x

Thanks not really a breakfast person and don't like bananas so just seeing what cereals I could have to try and help my HB out, thank you for replying x

:)I don't do breakfast either , but I do find that it keeps me going til lunch.
Garnished with a nice cup of tea.

Some members swear by the overnight oats.
Can't say I'm much of a fan.

Hi cjmum, you can have 40 g of 'Honey Monster Puffs (Wheat or oat Puffs) with a Dash of Honey' as your HeB :)

Do you know what 40g of cereal looks like?
It's not a lot, unfortunately. X

Just for an example.

My husband snack on dry blueberry wheaties (40g is a healthy extra). Sainsburys and ASDA sell own branded ones. I really love All Bran Golden Crunch, but only 40g is a healthy extra, but it's gorgeous
