Yesterday lunch Bachelors chicken rice with chicken strips with a geek style muller yogurt 0.5 syn Dinner. 2 weetabix with semi a milk Syns twirl 180 calories 9 syns quavers 109 calories 5.5 calories
Breakfast. All free with a Wholemeal slice bread half a heb
Apple, banana with coconut geek yogurt all free
Lunch. Tomato lettuce cucumber onion ham salad
