Well here goes, Im going to start a diary to keep me on track, I havent decided whether to weigh in or not, traditionally the scales do me no favours but I like moving my ticker occasionally. I want to be slim fit and healthy this year!
Today:
Breakfast: porridge with soy milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Wholemeal pitta with turkey, mayo and tomatoes and a couple of walnuts.
Dinner: salmon, potato, and brocolli and 2 squares of dark chocolate.
