Healthy eating to lose 60lbs...

:cool:Well here goes, Im going to start a diary to keep me on track, I havent decided whether to weigh in or not, traditionally the scales do me no favours but I like moving my ticker occasionally. I want to be slim fit and healthy this year!

Today:
Breakfast: porridge with soy milk
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Wholemeal pitta with turkey, mayo and tomatoes and a couple of walnuts.
Dinner: salmon, potato, and brocolli and 2 squares of dark chocolate.

Plus 1 skinny cappucino
 
Today
B: Small bowl of meusli
L: small fry (not a great choice!)
S: 2 squares dark choc & options
D: Homemade veg soup
