Healthy extra b question- puffed wheat

Yes - they're like sugar puffs but without the sugar. They must be the non-sweetened ones. You get loads for your 28g HEB allowance. I use splenda on them to make them taste more like sugar puffs.

I love these, like Hellie says, add some sweetener and they'll taste almost as good as sugar puffs, and 28g is loads as they're so light too :)
