Healthy extra b question- puffed wheat

    Does anyone know if the HEb cereal choice of puffed wheat is like sugar puffs?

    Yes - they're like sugar puffs but without the sugar. They must be the non-sweetened ones. You get loads for your 28g HEB allowance. I use splenda on them to make them taste more like sugar puffs.

    I love these, like Hellie says, add some sweetener and they'll taste almost as good as sugar puffs, and 28g is loads as they're so light too :)

    I've these from Tesco's before and they are in a pale brown box . They really do taste like sugar puffs with some sweetner on .

    Hiya, you can get the puffed wheat in asda but you can also get them in home bargains and they are way cheaper in there

    I got mine from morrisons and just had a bowl for breakfast with sweetener, they were lovely. :D
