Healthy Extra B .... Soup query

Can anyone one please help me out here ? I have loads of tins of Tesco Light Choices Three Bean & veg soup coz I really love it, but have now come back to SW and its still in my cupboard. Can it be used as a healthy extra B on any plan or if not does anyone know the syn value on any plan. It's soooooooo lush and really low in fat but packed with beans and veg and is dead handy to take to work for lunch. Someone please please say I can have it

No not an HEX B.

Checked online for you and it's 11 syns on EE/Green/Red for a 400g tin.

Noooooooo I'm gutted no way am I wasting 11 syns on soup whn there's wine and cheese to be had Thanks for the info Hun, I would probably eaten them if you hadn't responded. X
