Hi, can anyone help me, everywhere i look nature valley ginger nut crunch bars are 9 and half syns but someone in class said we can count them as HEB and 3 syns is this right please?
I don't know if that is right, but I know that a hex b is usually 6 syns, so if you can then that would be right. I think you would need to contact slimming world and ask, there details are on the website.
