Hi I have just started on the slimming world diet, I downloaded the info from the net as did not have time or money to go to classes each week. I wondered if anyonw can help me. I want to make a stir fry with king prawns on a green day, however on the list of healthy extras it says you are allowed 170g of prawns, it does not state anything about king prawns, what should I do??:wave_cry:
