Original Healthy Extra Help

    I'm just wondering if you can have rice on a red day as a healthy extra? Or egg noodles? How many baby potatoes would you be allowed? Any help appreciated..

    just looking in my optimising book - it doesn't mention rice as a HEXB, but you can have the following..
    100g wholemeal pasta - boiled weight
    227g baked potato - raw weight
    198g new pots with skin

    Hope this helps

    You can't have rice, not even brown rice, nor egg noodles but can have wholemeal pasta.

    You get a lot of new potatoes for the 198g, a good dozen little ones - it goes a long way!
