Hello :)

I was just wondering, do you have to use all 4 of your HEXs for the day? Is it recommended to do so, and would it effect weight loss if you did not use them all? Some days I am not eating them all (usally miss out B's if I dont really fancy them.) Is this silly and would it effect a loss?

it's the b's you need for the fibre hun, so yes take your 2 b's and 2 a's will find linky thing

You should definitely have both HeBs and at least 1 HeA in order for the plan to work Hun.
 
I usually have 1oz cheese, or 250ml of semi skimmed milk on a red day..on a Green day, I have either 6 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles, 3 mini babybel lights or 1oz cheese! hmmmm....I see a trend here!
 
Cheese, cheese and er...cheese! Parmesan, cheddar, wensleydale, lanashire, cheshire, etc.etc. And there's cheese like goat's and mozzarella,which can also be a B choice on a green day.

Bex, those food diaries are like "food porn" I tell you... I love a good cheese toastie! MMM!

My HEXA's go on CHEEEESE! I even once had 4 lots, as I used some HEXB's for cheese aswell lol. Mmm love cheese a bit too much... I do try to have milk every other day atleast now x
