Healthy extras not in app?

are there healthy extras that are not listed in the SW online planner ?

I was hoping to get some packs of porridge oats & use as a HEB for breakfasts

If u use the food search to search for syn values it also tells u if u can use it as a hea or heb in the list. I use this rather than the actual list of healthy extras it lists all supermarket own brands
