That's wrong. Most of the red and green HEX's are indeed a free food on EE however the green HEX's include nuts, seeds, cheese and these are not free on EE.

In answer to your question, yes, you can only have the HEX's on the yellow pages on EE.

There are also loads of others available if you have access to the website - lots more for EE than just those in the book.

Nothing exciting like wine or chocolate as a HE or anything, just different varieties of bread and cereal etc!

I tried looking on the SW website, but couldn't find anywhere on there about HEX's....Im not a member, so would that make a difference?

It's under 'weight loss tools' and then there's a bit under the headings that says 'latest healthy extra's'. Under that it has the new he's and also a complete list in a drop down list.
