    thats great, have some in the freezer must get them used, cd u check online? im just doin it from home so dont have access to lifeline online anymore xx

    I have checked they only list the white ones and not the wholemeal ones. i have started a post so im hoping someone will know.

    Asda and Co Op are the only ones classed as a healthy extra, anything else is synned x

    Oh, are the Asda ones a HE again? They weren't for a while.

    It is only the asda and co op wholemeal NOT white ones which are HEBs.

    O the pitta pizza's are lovely, I've made them when doing weigh watchers.

    Pitta Bread then add tom puree then topping you like them moz cheese on top.

    yum yum :)

    I think she meant only the white WW pitta's were listed on the site for syns, so she couldn't get a syn value for the wholemeal ones.

    They were always on the lHEB ist but you just couldn't buy them in store as Asda withdrew them due to 'supplier problems'. For a while Asda sold a different brand in their place but these were not a HEB so it is good to see the original ones back on sale now.
