healthy extras

No you can have one from EACH type. Healthy extra A choice is calcium based so cheese, milk etc. Healthy Extra B is fibre based so bread, cereal etc. You choose one from each each day on extra easy or two from each if following green or red plans.

If you have your full amount of milk then you would have to syn any cheese (but technically you can still HAVE it) but you can still have the bread because its a B choice. Some people advocate splitting them so you have half the amount of milk and half a portion of cheese etc. there are conflicting opinions on this so see what works for you!
