Hi I’m new to this and going it alone from home. I use soya milk as my healthy A. Do I have to finish the whole amount? I have it on my cereal and in my tea during the day. I drink a lot of tea. But I still have some left. I’m not a big milk drinker but probably use too much to syn.
 
Strictly yes you should. The reason is that you need to have calcium everyday. Personally I only use my milk in coffee. Sometimes I make my late with it but not often.
So yes you should but lots of us don't . Good luck
 
Thank you for the reply. I’m allowed 300ml if the soya milk and had 100ml left yesterday. I can add more to my weetabix though as I was overly cautious I think!! I’ve had some syn free yoghurts and synned some cheese so hopefully the calcium should be fine.
