Firstly, hope everyone is getting on well :)

For the last 3-4 days, I have been having a God awful heartburn. Reminds me of the time when i was preggers. It's terrible and I am trying to 'wash' it away with water, but not helping much. I have 4 choc shakes a day, don't fancy anything else at all. Anybody in the same boat as me? x

I had heartburn when I was pregnant and very occasionally since so do know how horrible it is. :(

Peppermint tea would help as I think we can have herbal teas? I am not sure to be honest as I don't like herbal teas but I think ones like peppermint, chamomile and possibly licorice are all ones that can help soothe acid reflux.

Ginger is supposed to help but again, I'm not sure if you are allowed it in water.

Sorry i cant help on the heart burn front, havent had any yet thankfully.

Your only allowed tea of the leaf so peppermint is fine, chamomile is a flower so its a no go :/ (great seeing as i only like to drink chamomile!!) so no fruit,plants or flower.
