heartburn

Hi guys,
I'm on SS , been on 3 weeks,but last 3 days had terrible heartburn,help! Can I take anything? Has any one eles experienced this ??

I suffered with bad heartburn around the same time. I aked my CDC if I could take sugar-free rennies and she said yes. didnt seem to affect my weightloss x
