HeB choice question

    Just wondered - why is it that either 2 ryvitas or 4 ryvitas are both considered as a HeB choice? Is it just because you don't have to have 4 if you only want 2 kind of thing!?

    Excellent question - especially as I didn't even notice that! Hope someone comes along soon and answers, lol, i've had days where i've counted 2 extra ryvita as 3 syns! :)

    I believe it's because 2 Ryvitas 'can' be enough dietary wise (ie fibre etc) but sometimes you 'need' 4 which doesn't push it over the top and gives you a double dose of fibre if need be.

    Sorry that isn't very clear - I know what I mean!

    Not sure why this is, is it different for the different types of ryvita, like you get original, seasme, dark that sort of thing. Not sure really sorry x

    2 is a ss food, so speed your weight loss, 4 is not a ss food, so choose only 2 to speed things up!
