HeB choice question

Just wondered - why is it that either 2 ryvitas or 4 ryvitas are both considered as a HeB choice? Is it just because you don't have to have 4 if you only want 2 kind of thing!?

Excellent question - especially as I didn't even notice that! Hope someone comes along soon and answers, lol, i've had days where i've counted 2 extra ryvita as 3 syns!

I believe it's because 2 Ryvitas 'can' be enough dietary wise (ie fibre etc) but sometimes you 'need' 4 which doesn't push it over the top and gives you a double dose of fibre if need be.

Not sure why this is, is it different for the different types of ryvita, like you get original, seasme, dark that sort of thing. Not sure really sorry x

2 is a ss food, so speed your weight loss, 4 is not a ss food, so choose only 2 to speed things up!
