Height in Inches???

Hi everyone - I feel a bit silly asking this, as most of you have managed to input your height ok in the User Details of this forum, but not me . I am 5' 9" but whenever I try to put that in, it says it's in the wrong format? Do I need to put in just inches and how many would that be for 5' 9" ? Sorry if this is really obvious, am a metric girl myself .

Hopefully once I manage to input my height successfully, it will automatically add my BMI, right?

You need to put it in showing inches only - 5ft 9 is 69 inches

Hi just wanted to say there is no need to feel silly at all. I for one didnt know there were 12 inches to a foot. So I googled it lol.
