Hi have just joined ww after doing slimming world for ages snd lost the weight ok but just too restrictive when out anyway as have android phone im trying to find a consistant calculator to give right results and also work out my lunch of heinz chicken soup
per 200g serving
protein 2.8
Carb 8.
Fat 5.9
Fibre 0.1
Per 200g serving

help appreciated and if anyone knows a reliable online calculator that would be great x

I downloaded "ultimate value diary plus" for the Android phone. It cost around £2 but I love it. It's a diary, calculator and exercise log all in one. It has a huge database for food and is so simple to use!

If you just want a calculator try "weight watchers point calculator" it's a great wee app too!
