Heinz Cream of Tomato soup with basil

Hi There everyone,
I am at work and have already planned my menu for the day.
However, I have found a tin of Heinz Creamy Tom with basil Soup in the cupboard from months ago and now I want it instead of my cold meat salad. I am craving it really bad..... How many syns please?

For the full tin calories 228 and sat fat 0.8

Please please let me know...

You don't really want the soup. It's far too hot for soup, anyway. Soup is for the winter. Keep repeating these sentences . . . .

If you really fancy soup see if you can get down to Sainsbury's. I can really recommend their 'Taste the Difference' Pamplona Picante Chorizo and 3 Bean Soup. It's tasty, tomato-y and very filling. The whole pouch is one HEB or 300g of a 600g pot of the the Covent Garden Plum Tomato and Basil Fresh Soup is a HEB too.
