Hiya

Please could you help, I've left my shopping guide at home and working out syns from yesterday (I know - always behind )

Can you please tell me the syns in Heinz Chicken and Mushroom Soup?

Also I've brought a salad bowl from the corner shop rather than bringing something from home all the salad is free but she has put some olives in there, not a great fan so could pick them out but can you syn them as well please?

Classic Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup, canned, 400g can - 10 syns on all plans. Reason being that soups don't get free food allowance so you would be going by the 20 calorie = 1 syn rule.
