Heinz Tomato Sauce

Hi all,

Need to know the syns in a 12g sachet of Heinz Tomato Sauce please. I found the salad cream one on slimming world website but can't find tomato sauce!

Its great we have these sachets in the house, saves me going overboard!

Yep, it defo is! A tbsp of ketchup is 1 syn and 12g is 0.5 syn
