Hel only on 1st week of lipotrim diet

    Is there any food wth no carbs that you can just have a little of, and still loose weight? Or is all food out, are there any cheats?

    No food, no cheats, just the packs hun. If you feel you need food, then perhaps the Cambridge Weight Plan (formerly Cambridge Diet) would be a better option?

    all food out i`m afraid! it does get easier though! stick with it! it will pay off in the end xxxxx

    Did you not have the DVD and the info? 3 shakes per day, water, black tea and coffee. I wonder why you chose this plan to lose weight if you don't want to do what it says. You can cheat on all diets, but it's only cheating yourself (and wasting a lot of money in the process!)
    Sorry for rant but ask a silly question, you get a silly answer so to speak
