Hello (again!)

    Hi, I'm currently on day 3 of a restart to CD. All of my stats will need to be updated as at the start of the year I lost 3 stone, stopped for a weekend, and never got back on the diet so have since put all the weight back on!!

    I still have plenty shakes left so have decided this is it, and phoned a new CD who I will be seeing on tuesday. After arranging my first appointment I decided just to start straight away with what I have.

    I feel awful that I had to get to this point again and keep thinking if only I had kept going with the diet I would be happy with myself and my weight just now. Last time around I was on here so much and it really helped so thought i'd say hi again and hopefully this time will be it!

    Found today quite hard but have got through so far albeit with some grumpiness at work due to hunger!

    Welcome back. Consider it a very long weekend and get yourself back into it. I recently had some meals out and am finding it difficult to get myself 100%, so your story has made me think I had best start SSing properly or else.

    Thanks am hoping this time will be the last diet I have to go on. Definately haven't found it nearly as easy restarting as I did starting for the first time.
